Ahri Foxx is NOT responsible for any delays, losses or damages due to shipping. We cannot guarantee an exact date on when a package will arrive, so please allow plenty of time.
Because some of our jewellery items are made to order, please allow 2-4 working days for your item to be made before your order is sent.
In order to ensure the quickest delivery, please ensure your address is correct. Ahri Foxx is in no way responsible for non deliveries due to an incorrect address. Any items returned and asked to be re-delivered will incur an additional delivery fee.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase (we always try and keep a high quality standard on all our products!), we can refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us first before shipping out your item and we can see what we can do.
All returns must be in original condition. Returns must also be sent out with tracking/delivery confirmation within 7 days of the receipt. A refund will be issued once the item/s are received, minus and shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and returned items are at the buyers expense.
In the case of custom made items, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on these.
